SHIPPING POLICY
Jeannie’s Greetings strives to ensure that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), custom orders, shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and physical dimensions of your order and shipping method selected.

International Orders:
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND/OR CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Customer satisfaction is an important goal for us, and these policies are meant to ensure that your experience is as positive as possible.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15  days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount, excluding shipping charge, in the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package. In cases where the following conditions are not met, Jeannie’s Greetings reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee, or refuse the return:

1. The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
2.  Items and packaging must be received in new condition and unopened
3. the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
4. Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Before returning package you need to contact Jeannie’s Greetings to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (number to be placed on returning package). You can contact us at customercare@jeanniesgreetings.com.

Exchanges
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. The customer, and not Jeannie’s Greetings is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy above.
